2. License Grant

Upon purchase, ZeroPhantom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software tool for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Each license key is valid for a single user or organization.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute license keys without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our tools
• Use our tools to send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or abuse detection systems
• Use automated means to access our website beyond normal use

4. License Key Usage

License keys are single-user and may be locked to a machine ID depending on the tool. Sharing keys across multiple machines or users may result in automatic key suspension. Keys detected as being abused (multiple IPs, high usage spikes) may be blacklisted without refund.

5. Payment & Delivery

We accept cryptocurrency payments via BTCPay Server. License keys are delivered automatically by email once payment confirms on-chain. Delivery times depend on blockchain confirmation speed and are outside our control.

6. Modifications to Services

ZeroPhantom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for major changes that affect active licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPhantom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
