Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased a license within the last 7 days
- The tool does not function as described on the product page
- You have contacted support and provided a reasonable description of the issue
- A support representative was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
2. Refunds Are Not Available If:
- More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase
- Your license key was suspended or blacklisted due to abuse or Terms of Service violations
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the tool
- You purchased the wrong tool (we may offer exchanges at our discretion)
- The issue is caused by your own system configuration, incompatible hardware, or unsupported environments
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket via the Support page
- Include your purchase email address and the invoice/transaction ID
- Describe the issue clearly — what is not working and what you expected
We aim to respond within 24 hours. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the same crypto wallet used for payment within 3–5 business days.
4. Cryptocurrency Refunds
All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Refunds will be issued in the same currency at the USD equivalent value at the time of the original transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
5. Chargebacks
Because we process payments via cryptocurrency (which is irreversible by nature), chargebacks do not apply. Any fraudulent dispute attempts will result in permanent account and license suspension.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
