Common Questions

Where are my license keys?
Log in to your Customer Portal at /portal. Your license keys, API keys, and all order history are there.
My payment went through but I didn't get my key.
Crypto payments require on-chain confirmation (usually 1–10 minutes). Check your portal and spam folder. If it's been over 30 minutes, submit a ticket with your invoice ID.
How do I use credits?
Buy credits at /buy-credits. Then go to any product page (Tools, Warmup, API) and click 'Pay with Credits' — your balance is deducted instantly.
How do I generate an API key?
Log in to your portal at /portal → click 'API Access' tab → click 'Generate New Key'. Your key will appear immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 7-day refund policy for unused licenses and credits. Submit a ticket above with your order ID.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! The File Converter at /converter and Temp Email at /tempmail are completely free to use in your browser — no account needed.
How does email warmup work?
After purchase, go to your portal and add your SMTP credentials. The system gradually increases sending volume over days/weeks to build inbox reputation.
I forgot my portal password.
Your portal login uses a one-time email link — no password needed. Go to /portal and enter your email to get a new login link.
